The agreement between us
These terms govern your use of solopetfoods.com and every order placed through it. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who we are
Solo Pet Food LLC is a limited liability company registered in Florida (Reg. No. L25000431427), trading from Jacksonville, Florida. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Solo Pet Food LLC; “you” means the person placing an order or using the site.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure.
- We may suspend an account used for fraud, resale misrepresentation, abuse of our returns policy, or abuse of our staff.
3. Orders and acceptance
A submitted order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock has sold out, pricing was clearly mis-stated, the delivery address cannot be served, or we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays outside our control do not entitle you to cancel a dispatched order. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail sits in our Shipping and Delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Returns, refunds and warranty
Our Refunds and Returns and Warranty policies form part of these terms and set out your rights in full.
7. Product information and animal health
- Ingredient panels, images and feeding guidance are supplied by manufacturers and can change without notice. Always read the label on the product you receive.
- Nothing on this site is veterinary advice. We do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. Consult a licensed veterinarian before changing the diet of an animal that is unwell, pregnant, very young or very old.
- Prescription and therapeutic diets are sold on the basis that you have a current veterinary recommendation.
8. Acceptable use and intellectual property
The site, its text, layout and code are ours or our licensors’. Brand names, logos and product photography belong to their owners and appear here to identify goods we sell. You may not scrape the site, resell our catalogue data, or use our content commercially without written permission.
9. Liability
We are liable for direct loss caused by our breach, up to the value of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from misuse or incorrect storage of a product. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of Duval County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction. Before litigating, contact us — nearly everything is resolved by email within a day.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order is the version that applies to that order. The date below shows the current revision.
