A real warehouse, five species, one free delivery
We are a family-run pet supply business in Jacksonville, Florida. We hold the stock we sell, we pack every order ourselves, and we ship it free anywhere in the United States.
Why we started
Feeding a household of animals used to mean three separate orders: a dog food specialist, a fish shop, and whatever the feed store had in for the horses. Each one charged freight, each one arrived on a different day, and none of them could tell you whether the bag was fresh.
Solo Pet Food exists to collapse that into one basket. Bird, cat, dog, fish and equine — from the brands veterinarians actually name — picked from our own shelves and sent out together.

How we work
We hold our stock
No drop-shipping and no third-party fulfilment. If the site says it is in stock, it is on a shelf a few metres from the packing bench.
We rotate weekly
Lot codes and best-before dates are checked at pick. Nothing leaves here with less than ninety days of shelf life without us telling you first.
We pack cold properly
Raw and gently cooked lines go out in insulated liners with coolant, on expedited services, never into a weekend in transit.
We answer the phone
Mon–Fri 9–5 and Sat mornings, a person in Jacksonville picks up — usually the person who packed your box.

Free shipping, honestly priced
Pet food is heavy, and freight on a case of cans is not small. Rather than dress that up as a “handling fee” at the last step of checkout, we set a $50 minimum and absorb the freight entirely.
What you see in the cart is what you pay: no shipping line, no fuel surcharge, no signature fee. Orders leave in one to two business days and arrive within four to nine.
What we will not do
- We do not give veterinary advice. We will read you a label, tell you what reorders most, and source what your vet names — but we do not diagnose.
- We do not resell returned food. Opened consumables are never restocked, whatever it costs us.
- We do not sell your data, rent your email to brands, or bury a surcharge in checkout.
